Room was neat and clean. Proper cleaned bed sheet and blankets were provided but Location is so far and no one know about moksh Ganga.

Yes, we agree location looks far from market as Laxman Jhulla is closed temporarily. But location is only 1 min to main Ganga Ghat in Laxman Jhulla and close to all cafés. As it’s a new property, yes we are trying hard to make it popular🙂.

the room is small, there was no dust been, cloth hanging or wardrobe option, mirror in room. No bucket, exhaust fan not working. no safety grills in windows. overall the cost was more than doubled as per the room.

Dear Guest, Location is displayed on the property details. You can always check the location before you can proceed with booking. All the information is provided in the listing. It's clearly mentioned there is no TV as it's a wellness property. Regarding Parking also it's clearly mentioned there was no parking and it's paid public parking. I would suggest to check the details before booking any property. From the starting of check-in you started objecting about the place and we also offered a full refund despite of non-refundable booking. But you insisted to stay at the place.
