The location of the hotel is unbeatable, with stunning views right from the window. The staff were incredibly attentive and made my stay hassle-free. The food was fantastic, and there were plenty of options for every taste. Rooms were spacious, comfortable, and spotless. Would love to visit again!

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was an excellent experience. The hotel is beautifully located amid-st the serene hills, offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Waking up to the view of the misty hills was the highlight of my trip! the staff was incredibly hospitable and went out of their way to ensure a pleasant experience. The food served was delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. The hotel's location makes it easy to access nearby tourist spots like kufri fun world, kufri zoo and mahasu peak, which added to the convenience of my stay. Overall, i would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in the beautiful hills of kufri. It’s perfect for families, couples, or solo travelers.

With its beautiful construction, this hotel has amazing staff who will help u with all your needs. This hotel is on the road property, also have basic shops nearby. As it is in outskirts of shimla, so you will not get any kind of traffic. This place is so calm and silent.

The view from the rooms are amazing and the climate was superb.The renovation extension is underway in the hotel. It does not give a pleasant feeling about hotel. There/e foul smell from the sewage treatment plant and it is right behind the balcony shown in the pictures of the hotel. Though the staff were polite and respectful, had to do multiple follow ups to get the things from them. In short this was not the kind of vacation we wanted.

Hello, we booked 2 rooms in mount kufri resort. Our check in date was 1 april, 2023 and check out date was 2 april, 2023. Unfortunately 1 voter id card was lost most probably in the reception by the name of chinmoy roy. Please try to find it through contacting the resort. Your help will be highly obliged.

Hotel property is under construction and not developed yet properly. Breakfast and dinner served at room. No buffet available. Room service is slow.

We did not stay in the hotel the hotel owner is fraudster he did allow us to stay in the hotel also hotel in under construction the property owner rude and miserable he did not know how to treat with the customer they miss behave with us

Property is under construction so messed up no staff was there to even attend no body was there except 1 person who is saying you have to carry your luggage by your self. There is no ralling at the entrance stairs both side was open deep so dangerous for kids specially. First 2 floors are filled with construction material full of dust.

Property is under construction and not as per the images shown at the time of booking. Rooms are not clean and in front of the entry of room, there is dumping area. Bad smell from outside. Nothing upto marks. Totally worthless!

Spoiled my whole trip, that is a under construction third class hotel not a three-star resort as mentioned, pathetic hotel and worse is the staff from service boy to the manager and same about the food, booked it for three nights but stayed there only one night
