I booked a deluxe room through makemytrip and paid in advance. When I reached, instead of the main building, I was given a room in an outhouse kind of building. It had dirty entrance, dirty stairs, and dirty kitchen utensils in the passage. When I protested, I was told deluxe rooms are in this building only and rooms in the main building are executive rooms. This was not mentioned in the website. I booked seeing the photos of the main building. The so called deluxe room was not liable. So, having no choice, I paid rs 1000 extra and shifted to a room in the main building. I felt cheated by the hotel but they simply put the onus on makemytrip. Unfortunately, Makemytrip has also not resolved the issue. My advice - (a) don't book in this property (b) don't pay in advance (c) don't book in far off resort kind of property since once you are there, cancellation and find a proper place again is a big hassle (d) be prepared for spending lot of time chasing online service provider and even then expect no resolution (e) don't expect everything as promised in the website. Property management knows how to extract more from you.

The stay was meant to be a lone time with the partner, but what was promised became a horrible experience. A wedding going on at the same venue with rooms booked for Baraatis next door just ruined the environment we were hoping for. If an event is going on in the resort, its fine, but it must be ultimately mentioned in the website so that user can book the room as per the convenience. MMT just lost the clarity factor here. Not booking again from this platform as physical checking of the venue is necessary.

Delux rooms are very small ,no lift facility for delux room and fooding services are very slow .fooding quality is very average .

The hotel is located on the main highway. Easy access, ample parking space, check in was damn easy, very friendly staff and reception, room was damn spacious with top notch hygiene and the smell of the room fresh we was really good. Delicious food even the tea was good.

The overall stay was decent. The rooms are neat and clean, the restaurant food is tasty and priced reasonably. Only area of improvement: breakfast menu can be further improved upon.

Overall it was a good stay, resort was good staff were good, room was neat and clean, just would like to mention abt food a bit costly but quality was good restaurant was not so clean flies were there, pool was good seems to b clean it was a nice experience

All over experience is good ambience was nice electricity was fluctuating however the stay was comfortable

The experience was good, the room was properly cleaned and room service was good they need to improve the tea quality and also they charged extra for my son even when we stayed only for few hours only. No thanks

Property is ok but there is no customer privacy. In night someone try to open the door lock multiple time. I feel this as mis behave posture.

I loved the ambience of the room and restaurant, the fooding is excellent, the staffs are very soft spoken and humble. There few rules of hotel which is not mentioned in mmt, like i didn't like the rule of bar, not allowing shorts.
