Had a wonderful experience staying at [hotel name. The check-in was quick, and the staff were very welcoming. My room was clean, spacious, and had a great view of the city. Which had a wide variety of fresh options. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore the area.

Very good ambiance and it's service, but they charged for early check-in, that thing i didn't like. They should allow 1hr before check in time, because traveler don't come on time because some of them will come by railway or plain

According to the budget, it was decent hotel. It was cleaned and the services are good. If you call, they will answer politely and fulfill the request. The location is very good, walkable distance from. Main market and the palace. It saves local commuting costs.

The hotel receptionist was good. But i had booked for 3 peoples. But they told me that they allowed 1 persons extra. But they demanded extra charges for mattress.

Rooms were neat and clean. Clean linen and towels. Bathroom was neatly cleaned and toiletries were available. Prompt service from staff. Food available at hotel restaurant.
