Terrible Stay
The hotel charges extra money for providing breakfast through make my trip booking and when you arrive at the hotel they will deny the same and on raising concern with MMT they agreed to give bread jam for breakfast.. Further, there is no power back up in such humid weather of Goa and not even mentioned anywhere while booking... The AC is not properly functioning and on top of that there is construction going on right below the balcony.. The staff behaviour is also very unprofessional and rude and they wouldn't agree to refund the amount even after the facilities as mentioned on MMT is not met and the guest is not satisfied... I would not recommend this hotel to anyone...

First, regarding the complimentary breakfast: your booking through MakeMyTrip did indeed include breakfast, and we truly apologize for the initial confusion. The receptionist on duty was not aware that your booking included breakfast, which led to the miscommunication. Once the matter was clarified, we immediately arranged to serve our standard complimentary breakfast which includes bread toast, butter, jam, tea or coffee, and eggs cooked to your preference. As for the power backup, we would like to clarify that our listing on MakeMyTrip does not mention the availability of a power backup system. We understand how important this can be, especially in the humid Goan climate, and we are currently exploring long-term solutions to improve guest comfort during power outages. Regarding the air conditioner, we would like to assure you that all our AC units are recently installed and in good working condition. Sometimes issues arise if the mode or temperature settings are not correctly adjusted, and our staff is always available to assist with such concerns.
Best budget stay at morjim
groupDon’t mind the owner he could be a little rude. The hotel is basic but rooms are really spacious and clean. Location is right by the beach. If you are not looking for amenities like pool or other fancy stuff, i don’t think you could get better than this. Helper is really nice, don’t forget to tip.

The picture of the rooms or apartment is not the same
No balcony is not available as shown in picture. They just call it as 1 bhk apartment but it's not at all an apartment is just a very small room. Tv, ac and fridge does not work, bathroom is too small and not at all comfortable. Very unhappy with the stay.

One of the best places to be in Morjim
Great place to be if you are planning to stay in Morjim as the property lies next to the white sands of Morjim which is just around 400 meters. The guest house is located in a serene place though I stayed here during the Ganesha festival which made nights a little noisy. Room was clean and tidy. There are some shops nearby where you could buy some basic grocery or couple of supermarkets a little farther. If you plan to travel in a bus, there is a bus stand is right next to the property. Landlord Shamba was very helpful and caring to the needs. Bedrooms are fitted with air conditioner and mosquito nets on windows. Rooms come with a small kitchen with some kitchenettes. Bathroom is equipped to run hot as well as cold water. Best for budget travelers and vacationers who are planning a long stay.

Take care about gas regulator
Room was good, clean, location was very good other than busy location. Take care about gas regulator which was suddenly pull out during cooking

It is the best guest
We enjoyed with great experience in room. Neatness and peaceful. Budget rooms. Suitable for money. Surrounding places are good. Riverside view is good. We have great experience in our life. We stay 5 nights with my family.

Wonderful stay, clean rooms, very good owners,
Stay was very excellent. Room were very clean and feel like Home. It was awasome trip. Thanks to make my trip. The hotel is at a good location. Good clean rooms. Spacious 1bhk with furniture and kitchen utensils. Bike is available for travelling around. The host is warm hear ted and caters to the guests demands.

Staying for the second time
The hotel is at a good location. Good clean rooms. Spacious 1bhk with furniture and kitchen utensils. Bike is available for travelling around. The host Mr. Shambu is warm hearted and caters to the guests demands.

Morjim beach and a central location
Wonderful stay, clean rooms, very good owners, definitely going back here. It's pretty close and central to all the quiet beaches if you don't want the regular hustle. The morjim beach is itself about 300ms away

Cheap and good location
It was a nice experience that we stayed there. It was good according to the location and service but the last floor WiFi was not working the only problem, hopefully we didn't need the WiFi the rest was okay.

Post covid we have many guests who are coming for workation at our hotel. We have good, fast wifi so guests doing workation are able to work without any problem. Good stay & nice place
Located near Morjim, A little far from Baga beach, but place is nice and host is friendly. We stayed for two nights and we were hardly in the hotel so the facilities didn't matter. There was a kitchen and a clean bathroom which was enough for us.
