My stay experience was excellent in terms of hygiene, food quality and staff behaviour. I had stayed there for a day. The staff was polite and very supportive. They are giving the best service and the quality of the food is way above then any 3 or 4 star hotel. Thanks to jay prakash dubey for giving such a delightful customer service experience. Of excellency forest trail, munnar it was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Also request you to please don't waste food. Serve food as much as the customer needs.
