A little far from the main city.
The AC could not be adjusted, may be it was automatically adjusted by the hotel authorities and the food was OK somehow but we were wondering if it was a fresh food or just re heated because we all have stomach issues after eating from their restaurant.

Yesterday I visit this hotel. Hotel was the one of the best hotel. Location was also prime. Hotel staff was good. Big rooms with attach bathroom I booked deluxe room with. Was also tasty.

Room size and cleanliness was OK. Location is excellent, very near to the market and railway station/bus stand. I expect a more prompt room service otherwise the hotel was a great value for money. I will recommend the hotel for a stay of one or two days.

The room is good. But they forgot to give us water. After informing them. They provide it. And most important their staff. They are very much helpful. So from my point of view it's value worthy.

Hotel staff is helpful and room are spacious, however cleaning is an issue with this hotel, it is not three star hotel it provides services of any normal hotel in Town, I was offered a dirty room, dirty bed sheets, however later staff changed room on complaint. This hotel has not clearly mentioned fire escape route even at higher floor. I stay just for one night. I could not checked food.

Three star facilities were not there. Cleanliness was just OK. Hotel did not have AC. Room heater was not there. I had to ask and was supplied reluctantly. Breakfast was good and tasty. Restaurant was OK.

May try for singles. Not recommended for family

The room size is good. But the feeling of cleanliness was missing. The lift in the hotel was very slow. Room service was very poor. Took almost one hour to deliver one Dale and 2 Rotis. Even they do not have the minimum knowledge of serving food in the room.

We booked from MMT and got confirmation from MMT. But when we reached front desk they told that they have no room available. Then they arranged room for us in another hotel which is 2 km far from there and was very old and not maintained.

According to my experience, this is the bad hotel. There is nothing in the room, neither dental kitt nor soap there is no cleanliness at all. When i asked for press and dental kit, he refused.

Room service is terrible. There is tv in the room but remote has no cell so you cannot watch tv. I called room service several times but no one came. Also in the night they turn off their phone so that they can sleep in piece and customer may suffer more. Very bad choice if you book here.

It's not so good, first the hotel manager said that they don't book rooms on makemytrip. After a long conversation they booked a room, room is so small and it's is clean, but it not as like as I saw in pictures.
