The homestay is gorgeous and is a great place for long term stays. You can hear peacocks every morning and spot them in the garden if you’re lucky. The caretakers and cooks are very friendly and polite. The best part is the traditional kerala breakfast served every morning. It’s located in fort kochi so it’s quieter than other areas in kochi and located close to a lot of touristy places.

It was really a pleasant stay in mother's inn. Located in the heart of fort kochi and easy accessible to all places in fort kochi and ferry service. Breakfast was top notch with idiyappam and peas kuruma. Overall its a great stay at this price

It was a pleasant one night stay. We booked a classic room on the ground floor. It had a balcony opening to a good backyard. Very clean and beautiful rooms. The staffs were very welcoming and gave us a homely breakfast. Location wise it is slightly away from the main place but easily accessible. Highly recommended to couples and families.

Location - economically good cause most of the tourist pionts were on the walkable distance. Food - authentic kerala lunch on banana leaves was memorable. Breakfast you get variety with test. Amenities - you get clean bed/sheets/water/toilet n bathroom/nice handwash n hair shampoo/any time hot water / natural surrounding (special attraction was peacock and peahen) owner and staff was very helpful. I disturbed (surya) care taker so much but alway greet with smile.

Good ambiance, very good staff and good food. We had their complimentary breakfast, very good taste. Everything is good. The only drawback we felt was that there was a time restriction. Before 11 pm, we should enter back at the hotel. Otherwise, the gate would be closed. This was the only negative. Good space for car parking. We also spotted peacocks every day.

Property is located at a walkable distance from the beach and other tourist attractions. We stayed only one night, the room was clean but had few mosquitoes. They don't seem to have power back as the light went off once but came in like 10-15mins.

There was no water in the bathrooms. Hardly a trickle. The person in charge had overslept leaving us without water or morning tea. We were running about trying to search for them. It says bed and breakfast. But we didn't receive breakfast even at 9:00 am. It is a pathetic experience.

The property had construction activity going on. We expected an undeterred open space but ended up not being a safe space for the kid.
