Review Of Mount View

Hygiene and cleanliness was the only and major concern. It requires to be improved. Else Location was very good. Food is also reasonably good. Amenities were not much.

1. Room is condition was worst. 2. We asked to change room but they were rude and didn't changed room. 3. Later we noticed there was electric current in bathroom due to hot water geasure

Rooms were ok. Wash room was not as expected. Walls of bathroom not properly maintained. Floor of bathroom is not properly cleaned.

Nice view good to stay and nearest to city and nakhi lake.

Only the location of the property was good, nothing else. The rooms were not up to the mark in terms of cleanliness, space, amenities, room service, in any terms. Food was not good even though it was charged highly and also in good quantity. Overall it was a bad decision to stay there.

Very bad sarvice for staf and receptionist. Very dirty room for the hotel.

Overall very poor service, rooms and the bathrooms are not well maintained and even flush out of service in of the room. Staff is very unprofessional about service and responding to questions. The person who was partner was talking with anyone else and sounded very rude to us and talking side of their staff.

This hotel is terrible. All the pics is very nice, but there is nothing. Rooms main door broken, window cannot lock from inside so any one can come from out side. Many holes in bed sheet & pillow and also not the fresh-one. There is no any towels. Its bull sheet hotel. Its totally wastage of money.

. Mount view hotel very bad. Not single things in hotel is admirable. Bad room bad room service bad bathroom bad room door no proper electric light for night sleep. Bad room telephone. I am so sorry for makemy trip company that is suggested this hotel. So sorry. Very bad experience

It's quite good

Location is great 10/10. But rooms, it featured like they have 2-3 broken rooms they give to guests booking. No locking for rooms n washrooms. Locks n keys. Hope to see improvement n unbias.

Quite amazing ! the staff is very cordial and helpful, the ambiance was beautiful around the property ! well constructed ! the rooms were clean and sanitised. Thankyou !

Everything is good except tv & main door of room. The tv is not working due to no set up box. The door was not closing properly. The behaviour of staff is good. All are cooperative.

Mattress were not clean. Delayed in cleaning. Overall 2 rating out of 10

Good staff and best service in hotel

Bathroom door broken, no cleanliness, very rude behaviors, no proper electricity, non hygienic food, sudden hot water from wash basin, got hurted, bathroom tiles broken, towel not in good condition, light was blinkered, room was very small as compared to pics. I am very disappointed and felt that i wasted my whole money. Please get me my whole money back. I will never stay in this hotel in future.
