It's been a good staying experience in moustache. This my first time staying here, i like this hotel, nice amenities, free wifi, neat and clean rooms, friendly staff.

I had a great stay at the dormitory. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with good amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful. The communal areas were perfect for socializing, and the location was very convenient. Highly recommended for affordable and pleasant accommodation.

I fell very comfortable with room and also the toilets are very clean, hygienic. The service, front duck and all the other persons very good behavior. I feel home way from home. Thank you

One of the best backpackers hostel in coimbatore. It is very nicely maintained with clean rooms and washrooms. They have a female only rooms for girls which is add on. The staff are friendly. Best stay in coimbatore

First of the outer look of the place is very unique. The place is located in the safe area. Inside ambience is too good. Really liked the room service. In future also i will definitely choose this place to stay.

This stay was so good. And unexpected this kind of dormitory in tamilnadu in this rate. Also, it's very clean and neat. The place is very much near by to bus stand and shopping and restaurants

It was good to stay at their place, they provide almost everything which you need. It was near to everything in the city.

Paid for female only dormitory, not clean and was woken at 2am by 2 guys put in the room. I had to go find staff and have them. Moved.

There were no privacy it’s my suggestion bed curtains should be there. There was no dustbins in the washroom & room. Cleaning was good. Staff was good

The place is good, but the basic things which a dormitory or a bagpackers need is basic toiletries, which the place didn’t have, a simple bucket in the bathroom, hand wash on the basin, people can be litttle courteous. Very dull environment and low energy. Place looks good but not well organised.

We reached at midnight, there was no one at the reception, no one answered the calls to the number posted at the reception. Finally we called the number through google, they couldn't help with our check in either. We just chose a room and crashed for the night. In the morning we were asked to change rooms and of course we agreed but then the receptionist vanished again and wasn't answering our calls. We had to carry all of our luggage that day. The second night, when we came back with our luggage, we were told there's no option for a mixed dorm, which is what we paid for. We were given different rooms with dirty bedsheets which we got changed later that night when i went to sleep, there was no blanket provided and yet again, no receptionist to be found.

The bed given wasn't clean, the room which i stayed in, was untidy, the shelves were full of dust, the bed sheet/ blanket was untidy with stains. No one was present at the check out. Felt like they were trying to mimic but failed badly. A lot to improve. The lockers given were not sufficient enough.

They staff was not good they charged me extra 300 rs for just keeping my luggage at tge reception because i reached early by morning flight. Staff was not helpful at all. The bed sheets were not clean.

Worst facility to stay in. They didn’t provide even towels for taking bath & also didn’t drop the luggage as there was only 1 helper in the facility and he was busy sleeping till morning even after our departure
