Average stay
Pros: • Clean and comfortable room • Lake view from the room • Staff was good and helpful • Peaceful and quiet vibes Cons: • Room is small for a “Deluxe” category • No almirah or wardrobe and no mirror in the room (only a tiny bathroom mirror) • No lift for all 5 floors, and those stairs were extremely narrow and steep • The lane to the property is pretty much a climb, so travelling to and from hotel is inconvenient • There’s a big tree in front of the property which blocks most of the lake view

Excellent Stay
Located right on the lake pichola, it offers stunning view of the lake. The hospitality extended by the staff was completely unmatched to any i have experienced before. Hats of to the reception staff, Tofiq and Amaan for the extra efforts in making the stay memorable.

Decent property but not as good as described
Decent property, location is good. Food needs improvement. Beddings and towels were dirty. No exhaust in washroom, no place to hang towels or clothes in washroom. In-room food service is pretty delayed.

Poor Stay
Property address was not accessible easily and room size was very small. Even washroom was very small. In this price range it was too expensive. Also food quality was not that good.

Excellent Stay
At first i was not sure about this property but when i gave it a try i absolutely loved it..especially the authentic taste of food their restaurant provided..u needn’t go anywhere else as u get almost everything inside the hotel be it complimentary mocktails,high tea,breakfast etc etc..i booked their presidential suite for which i paid almost 12-13k bucks and it was a bit expensive for a hotel but made my stay worth

Sunsets, lake views and warm hospitality all in one stay!!
I stayed for 2 nights at Moustache Udaipur Luxuria and the overall experience was fantastic. The receptionist went above and beyond to help with every request, from arranging Tuk Tuk rides and airport cabs to even suggesting great itinerary for exploring Udaipur. This kind of help really set the stay apart. The food was good and honestly exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect—just two streets away from the City Palace, making it super convenient to explore. One of the highlights was their Hi-Tea on the rooftop, where you can enjoy a beautiful sunset view over the mountains, with the lake right in front adding to the charm. I would highly recommend booking their Lake View Room—it’s worth it for the view and adds a special charm to the stay.

Terrible Stay
The only good thing about this property was the Presidential Suite room. However, even in the room there was an issue—the AC was not working properly. you may go ahead. But when you spend that amount, you naturally expect the property to have at least some facilities. Here, there was neither a lift nor a gym, and the staff was not good either. The only positive was the chef, as the food was good. It took me 40 minutes just to check in because of the unprofessional staff who misguided me. Even after making mistakes, they were not ready to admit them, and not once did they apologize—even though it was clearly visible that I had a 5-month-old baby with me. I had booked the room mainly for its view, but because of the 40 minutes wasted at check-in, it was already dark by the time I got to the room. So not only was my time wasted, but I also missed the view I paid for, and on top of that, my baby was troubled during the wait. To add to this, the reception staff would only switch on the AC when asked.

Good Stay
The stay was wonderful with stunning lakeside views and polite, welcoming staff. The room was a bit small for the price but comfortable. Also since there is no lift and my room was on the thrif floor, we had trouble but lakeview made it all worth it.Be aware that parking is about 1 km away, and after 5 pm you may need to walk up a slightly steep road due to traffic restrictions. Food was goo with rooftop view. Overall, a great experience in Udaipur.
