The rooms were really nice, very nice atmosphere. The staff were really sweet and cooperative. I loved the fact they left a balloon in my room. The view was also nice from my room. The beds were nice and comfortable and i loved the cute things written on the mirror. I had an amazing stay and an amazing experience there. Will definitely come back soon.

Honestly this was the best place i have ever been to, the hospitality was 10/10, all the staff was so warm and welcoming. The moxybar bartender -karan was so friendly, he also made the best guava mojito <3

The director room, which i had booked was allotted to me after 1645 pm, although me and my friends had repeatedly requested for an early check in. However, the room the check out room which was supposed to be allotted to us got ready only after repeated requests. This was absolutely crazy and annoying. Besides that, later we found the door open of our room, where our bags were kept. Coordinaton between hk and front office seemed to be the issue, which made us very uncomfortable. Restaurant experience was great. Food is wonderful, full marks to it and sou f chef mukund made extra efforts. Front desk manager deepak, bless tried their best to resolve the matter and made us feel valued. . Many thanks to them.
