Well maintained property
Room is big with very nice lusty green lawn in front of all rooms. Food was great and we all enjoyed both breakfast and dinner. Would recommend for stay at this property

Excellent Stay
Amazing Resort of Madhya Pradesh Tourism. Neat and clean gardens, rooms, and restaurant. first resort in Pachmarhi fully managed by women. Staff is so polite and helpful. Even they give us early checkin without any issue and extra charge. Safe resort for girls, solo travelers and family. Open gym also available and just 500 meters from Haat Bazaar of Pachmarhi. Food is delicious and fresh.

Nice and Good Hote
Located near to Bison lodge( the place where gypsy bookings are made in Pachmarhi) Amaltas has excellent outdoor lawns and amenities. Food was awesome. Only drawback- rooms and toilets need refurbishment. Overall a pleasant experience of stay.

Average Stay
Property room was Good, food was at best mediocre, Adding extra small items in the final bill, thinking that customer would not notice it while paying. On calling it out, staff denies foul play and hides behind the mask of mismatch of bill with other party.

Great for Family Stay
Nice clean, property with very helpful staff specially Sunita, Pramila and Lakshmi. Fantastic stay for a family, senior citizens, couples, etc. Things to note: - 100% vegetarian - 100% Female staff - Food spread is limited (compared to the tariff charged) - Major monkey menace - Centrally located

Bad experience
Don’t know where to start. Our booking was for 10-12 May and on 08th May the tension between the India and Pak rose and our flights from Delhi got cancelled. We were a group of 6 adults who were all government officials and our movement was also restricted. We requested the property to give us a refund or reschedule and they denied and said “if flights are cancelled, you come from train”. We would not have asked for refund if the circumstances were normal but in war-like situations the property managers showed very insensitive attitude. Somehow we managed to reach and when asked for lunch the property manager was very rude and blatantly said people can’t afford three time meals at the property so we only offer breakfast and dinner. The booking said we can opt for breakfast and lunch/dinner. We ordered a la carte and had lunch. Finally, at night when we we asked what’s the latest we can order room service, they said it’s 10 PM only. The property is run by all female staff but it felt like a military camp as the timings for ordering was very restricted. Breakfast was strictly served between 8-10 am and dinner between 8-10 pm. When we checked out, we reached the dining room at sharp 08 am and the breakfast wasn’t ready. Double standards. We went to relax and enjoy the views of Pachmarhi but this felt like a forced vacation cum camp for adults. Only Ms Sunita Sharma, our hostess was very nice and polite to us and allowed us to take our dinner in our rooms for which the property manager had earlier denied. The housekeeping service was also very slow.

Renovation
Cleanness is good but property needs maintainance . Food shortage is observed in restaurant. No manager in night available only guards are there.

I recently spent three nights at Hotel Amaltas in Pachmarhi, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality. The location is ideal, surrounded by stunning natural beauty, and close to key attractions. I particularly enjoyed the delicious meals at the on-site restaurant, which offered a variety of dishes that were always fresh and flavorful. Just Excellent
One of the best. Excellent lawn and outdoor area. Rooms are very spacious. Morning and evening very soothing relaxing instrumental music in outdoor area complemented by bird chirping. Very refreshing morning ambience. Highly recommended for family. This property is totally managed by female staff. Good job MPT.

MPT Amaltas - A great place to unwind
The location of the property is excellent. All major attractions are nearby some at walking distance. The property is managed by all Ladies staff. They are doing a commendable job. Food was also very good with varied options. Will surely recommend this place to friends and family.
