Poor Stay
Entry of hotel was pathetic and dangerous in rain with no lights from road to hotel reception. None of the lamps were working. In my room there was a rat and we were frightened whole night. No body was available at reception to mention this at night and room phone was not working. There is no food service available during evening. Only fixed breakfast, lunch and dinner available. We have to travel to any hotel for food while we returned from sightseeing in evening. Overall not a good experience. Property and location is good.

Wonderful time Out at Glen view
I just had the most wonderful stay at Glen View, Pachmarhi. My parents and I wanted to visit somewhere natural and peaceful for my birthday, and we decided on Pachmarhi. We booked Glen View because it was affordable and, from the looks of it, comfortable. From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, we were in constant communication with the hotel staff, who not only guided us on which places to visit but also took the initiative to book everything in advance for us. The hotel itself was more than we could’ve hoped for—with high ceilings, beautifully maintained greenery and gardens, and a responsive staff. The food was amazing too! The breakfast, in particular, was fresh and scrumptious every single day. All in all, I highly recommend Glen View to anyone visiting Pachmarhi for a calm and relaxing getaway.

Excellent Stay
Mind Blowing experience by MPT in Pachmarhi only everyone should prefer MLT to stay. Hygiene food can get only in MPT hotels. Booking from MMT was so easy and reasonable.

Average Stay
Location was good. However, the room service were bit slow, also the mini fridge was not working. The plaster of the room walls was not proper. The property needs renovation.

Feeling scary at night
I searched for resort i found MPT club view the resort is good but the feel of living there is scary i was not feeling good at night seems something is not good there also the lighting is not good outside and even inside the rooms

Don't call tea in room
संपत्ति बहुत अच्छी है। लेकिन रसोई शाकाहारी-मांसाहारी दोनों तरह की है। अगर आप शुद्ध शाकाहारी हैं तो 500 मीटर दूर नंदनवन रेस्तरां के पास भोजन करें। अगर आपका पैकेज नाश्ते के साथ है तो अपने कमरे में चाय न बुलाएँ अन्यथा वे चाय का शुल्क लेंगे।

Average Stay
I recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a very average experience. The food quality was below expectations, and the service was not up to the mark. The property itself was not well-maintained, and the rooms were quite shady with limited lighting, making the stay uncomfortable. The garden area was much smaller compared to other MPT properties, which was disappointing. Additionally, the hotel lacks key amenities like a swimming pool and does not offer any remarkable views. Another major issue was the staff's attitude. They were not helpful and seemed to be in a hurry, especially during breakfast service. It felt like they just wanted to wrap up breakfast quickly rather than ensuring a good experience for guests. The biggest drawback, however, is the pricing. The rooms cost the same as MPT Champak Bungalow and Glen View, which is completely unfair to customers. Considering the facilities and overall experience, the pricing should not exceed ₹3,000 per night, yet it was priced at over For the price, there are far better options available. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.

Over all it was great experience at here
familyLocation was very good, food was also very good, all amenities such as wash room, children play garden, park were well maintained. Room heater and cattle with tea begs, coffee and 2l drinking water also available at room. Hair dryer was not available at room.

familyIt’s a 130yrs old british bungalow. It’s a very good property to spend time with family. Neat and tidy rooms and washrooms. Service and food are good. Breakfast was complimentary but just felt options are less. Staffs are very kind and helpful

Excellent ambience, courteous staff, good facilities including running hot water. However restaurant take limited orders though menu is quite large, would love to see wider variety.

worst experience
WIFI not working, TV not working, Intercom not working, electric kettle was broken, window glass was broken, staff not cooperative, Expired cold drink bottle served for kid, Bedding was very dirty and full of stains.

Poor Stay
Beddings given were very dirty and full of stains, tv not working, wifi not working, intercom not working, expired cold drink bottle given for my kid, walls were very dirty, window glass broken, staff not cooperative. Overall very bad experience despite of making high rate payment.

Excellent Stay
It was a wonderful stay at mp t club view. The location is perfect as there is a church and all the cottages are like colonial one. Talking about food it has great taste and service is wonderful. Highly recommendable place.

Good Stay
It was beautiful pleasant place to stay. Surrounded with greenery. Built in big area. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was very good. Dinner was good too just bit oily. But i guess if told them before then they can make according to guest. Staff was courteous and the british style bungalows style rooms were amazing. Far better then any regular 3 star hotel. Highly recommended.
