Poor food, very badly managed property

Rooms are old and not properly maintained. Out of 2 rooms, one room couldn't be opened. After 1 hr waiting and talking to reception, finally new rooms allotted. Food is worse. Staff is very few in number for maintaining this type of resort. The charges are very high compared to the facility & food. However, the available few staff are very humble and courteous. There is really serious problem with the management looking after how rooms to be kept, deploying proper cook & proper other trained staff. Ratings and puctures shown can't be trusted unless you visit the facility. Better to stay at Indore or Ujjain in a much better hotel with same amount

The resort location is very serene and right on the bank of Narmada, rooms are bigger and cleaner. The biggest turn off is tasteless food. We complained but no improvement. Don’t waste your money on Lunch/Dinner. Take breakfast as nearby there’s no other option nearby.

Pictuers of standard AC room that are shown are incorrect. Rooms are much smaller then what it appears . I had to upgrade on reaching the hotel as it was in a bad condition and had no space to put additional bed.Please call the property before reaching. Was not able to take the pic as we were hardly in the room for 1 min.

I loved the stay at Narmada Resort Maheshwar as it’s a beautiful property at a serene location. Just that the washroom could be more cleaner and stink free. 1 AC was leaking in the sofa room. Otherwise rest was all good.
