Excellent Stay @ The Satpura
We stayed at the MPT Satpura Retreat for 2 Nights with family ( Parents and Kids) 28th and 29th May 2025. The resort is really good in all respects. The food, the hospitality, the cleanliness, the staff behaviour and the over6 ambience is all too notch. Good variety in the breakfast is nice. The recently opened swimming pool adds to the overall experience. It was clean and well maintained. They provide swimming costumes too. Very nice for small kids as there is 2.5 feet small pool specifically for them. We got complimentary haat bazaar light and sound show tickets from the resort ( costing Rs. 150 each). This was really nice. Also the gypsy booking was done from the hotel itself, we had absolutely no trouble booking the gypsy for the tour. Excellent for family and couples. Worth the amount I would Say. Good. Keep it Up.... 👍

Excellent Stay
Rooms have been very aesthetically arranged. Food is good & overall ambience for the property has been outstanding. The swimming pool and the garden areas need a special mention for adding to the aesthetics. Overall, an excellent outing for the visitors.

Refreshing stay
I stayed at MPT Satpura Retreat from 18-20 March with senior citizen parents and small children. I had a very pleasant stay. The property is very nicely maintained. The location is appropriate. Staff was very courteous both at reception and restaurant. We had a medical emergency and we were promptly helped and last minute requests were quickly entertained. Food was delicious and special requests were entertained. The recreation area with open gym was fun. Staff also helped us in arranging trip to Satpura tiger reserve and for sight seeing. Overall, very pleasant stay and I will definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

The location is very peaceful and quiet. The stay is located on a hilltop and surrounded by greenery. The rooms were clean and the room service was good. The restaurant served good food. Most of the key tourist destinations were close by. Overall the experience was lovely.

Great place to stay, awesome foo
We stayed here for 2 days and it was great. The staff is polite and the hospitality was top notch. But the winner is the food which they prepare fresh every-time and it is simply awesome. The rooms are spacious and all the amenities were working well. A great option to stay at if you are planning a trip to pachmarhi.

Average Stay
I would rate it at 3. The property is excellent. But is very poorly maintained. The floors are sticky. No towels in the bathrooms. No water in the rooms also the locks of the rooms don't work.

Mp t satpur retreat experience
familyThe location of the resort is good. It’s peaceful and surrounded by nature. The hotel staff is warm and welcoming. The rooms are spacious. My suggestion is to book cottage which have a lovely garden view. The hotel pays attention to the beautification and cleanliness of the place. Chefs are good and prepare home like food. My recommendation to hotel is to pay attention towards the room furnishing specially the curtains which seems like washed long time ago and sofa cover which need dry cleaning badly. The bed covers needs to be more clean and they should smell nice and good.
