Staying at tawa resort was awesome. All staff was very kind and helpful. Ac suits dam view was spacious and neat and clean. Food was awesome.

The resort is very well managed, food was awesome, rooms were clean, view from dam view rooms is amazing, service is really good at the resort. People working there are really nice. Only exhausting thing was the lack of management from mm t side, regarding a date change request. We wanted to postpone our stay by few weeks due to heavy rain alerts around the property on original booking dates and contacted mm t 3 days before as per policy, but mm t couldn't contact mp tourism and get it done. Mm t customer care executives initially confirmed the date change over phone, but denied the next day saying they couldn't contact the resort or mp tourism on phone or get the confirmation on email from them. Whereas we were able to contact the property and mp t offices many times directly, regarding the same request and they always told us that they are fine with date change. Due to remote location their internet was down and resort couldn't send a mail confirmation but they always gave verbal confirmation to us and to one of the mm t executive about the date change. Ultimately nothing was done from mm t side and they just gave excuses based on some technicalities. Luckily we were able to travel safely to the resort and back on the original booking dates despite heavy rain and thanks to the helpful people at mp tourism who guided us when we contacted them directly. Mmt should disable date change feature on their app for this resort as they can't manage such requests from their side. Personally i will never book mp tourism resorts on mm t in future due to their lack of connectivity with govt properties as happened in this case.

The place was really beautiful n the property is also very good. Food options are limited but what ever is available is very tasty. The staff is also very helpful n warm.

Property is located in arms of mother nature where one can enjoy with family & friends. Best & worst part is - no mobile network - so one can enjoy being with nature. Pocket friendly property. Food quality is good. Overall must visit resort.

Perfect place for short vacation around the nature, well maintained. Pool is clean. Staff is also polite. Food is tasty. One information: there is no network also wi-fi also does not work here.

Wonderful stay. The staff is so courteous. They make the stay so comfortable. They arrange morning tea in the garden where you can sit and sip on your tea, watching sunrise and dam view. In the evening they will come to the room and serve tea. The food here is delicious and the staff serve the food with utmost care and smile on their face. The rooms are decent and have all basic amenities. Only bsnl sim works here. They do have wifi facility but during our stay wifi was not working.

It's a nice and piceful place enjoy the natural beauty, dam view and cruise ship. Good and hygiene food. Service is also good. You can also take safari package from resort within rs. 5600. Some other packages are also available you can book as per your requirement.
