Average stay need to improve on over-all property and maintain basic facilities like cleanliness

Spacious room,neat and clean, cooperative staff, restaurant facility available, on main high way,but no pollution

Nice and spacious rooms. Excellent location and value for money. The hotel offers very good tasty made to order India foos

The property is excellent but the maintenance is not good. The rooms smell damp. In short it is the best option to stay at Bhimashankar as compared to others.

The room was not clean, and the bathroom was also not properly maintained. There was no housekeeping service provided during our stay. Overall, it was a bad experience and I would not recommend this hotel. However, since there are very few accommodation options available in Bhimashankar, we had no other choice.

Unmaintained property. Dirty bedsheets, dirty rooms, unclean bathrooms. frogs popping up in the bathroom as the drainage has a hole. overpriced food only the staff were helpful. overall a bad experience

The location of the property is good. However, few things need immediate attention.The rooms are in a bad condition.The damp smell is consistent.Found cockroaches crawling on the bed. Food also needs improvement, both in terms of quality and service.

Rooms were big size but not in a good condition. Washroom were in a bad state. But no other option to stay in Bhimashankar.

There was a decent room and good facility. Dinner was also good and morning breakfast was amazing. MDTC staff are very humble and supportive.

The room was spacious and at a great location, closer to the temple. Had hot water and restaurant was decent enough.it is definitely value for money. Though the rooms has moulds and needs to be painted.

Room cleanliness is a major issue. Tv is there but no remote battery. Bedding is not good. Damp on the wall . Food is excellent.not expected the food will be that good. Location is also very good. Staff also supportive. Rooms needs improvement . Network is a major issue only jio and voda function ing. Wifi only available at front desk and restaurant area.

Room is big but interior is so bad..In complementary breakfast the only option is tea, no coffee and milk...and in Dinner or lunch they don't have butter roti only plain roti, I ask for shampoo pouch that also they don't have...

While it’s the only habitable place to stay with family in Bhimashankar, it needs maintenance. Rooms are big but there is dampness in all the rooms, bathrooms smell filthy, morning breakfast is too too bad. Attendants just don’t care abt providing service. Pls get ur own towels, their towels have all color marks and have turned brown from white

Hotel is good but TV was not working. Bathroom tiles was broken & Food is good quality in hotel canteen.

Location and food was good but property was average

Insects found in room. Room was not fully cleaned. Wifi was not working. Receptionist were not helpful. Dental kit, soaps, water not provided. Skylight brightness was very high and uncontrollable. TV remote was missing. High price stay as per room and complimentary food quality.

The stay was no good. The rooms are not cleaned. Some insects are there in the bath room. And bed sheets are not good and having lots of dust every were. In restaurant also the options are very limited. The taste of food was good.

As per cost the room is good. Area of improvement. 1) Painting should be done at the earliest. 2) Restaurants must have variety of breakfast, lunch and dinner. 3) Anti skid tiles to be fixed in Bathroom. Old vistors may skid and may face medical care. 4) Most of the visitors visit on Monday and mostly having fast (Upavas) so upavass items should be included in breakfast. Renovation awaits.
