Rooms are very spacious and view is spectacular. Problem that i see is that there is no wifi in the rooms and network is not at all there. Food is alright. It is located very near to temple but the rooms are around 1-2 km inside. To reach there needs to call rickshaw everytime who usually takes 50/one way.

It was magical experience, we stayed in sea facing bamboo house. Room was clean, washroom clean, food of tavis restaurant was good, but options were limited, cottage was sea facing, hardly 50 meters from beach, mtdc resorts ganpatipule is excellent property for spending quiet time with family

Mtdc ganpatiphule this large property is located bang on the beach. If you opt for a sea view bungalow, the visual treat is priceless. The rooms in the bunglows are large and properly cleaned. The linen is spotless and of good quality. The employees are courteous and willing to listen. There's a restaurant which serves good food. You have many options to select from. The cost is slightly on the higher side. If you prefer less oil and spicy food pls don't forget to mention. The temple is adjoining the mtdc resort and you can plan to be there for the morning and evening "aarati. Overall a great place to unwind, and justifies the distance you need to drive if that's the mode of travel.

Property is huge, located very close to the temple. Tavish restaurant is good, but very limited options. Room service available. Room is good, very clean, provided with toiletries. Though it's a non seaview bamboo house, beach is very very close and it's secluded. Wonderful. Pick up cab from station and autos for local sightseeing provided by resort. On the whole, it was a wonderful experience, especially considering that it's a mtdc property.

An excellent resort located on ganapatipule beach. I stayed in the vip room which has an breathtaking view of the beach. The room is a suite with separate living and bedroom with attached washroom and dressing room. Overall we had a great of the property

The mtdc hotel property is located near the sea side and well maintained. Walking distance from temple. Good to stay.

We own a substantial land-parcel at malgund (bout kms crow fly distance from the mtdc resort. This is my second stay at the property. Here are my two bits: a) good property. B) large aerated & clean rooms. C) excellent and courteous staff. D) great konkani (coastal food. E) don't bother with the chinese or punjabi cuisine. F) the tariff is easy-on-the-purse. Essentially a secure place to enjoy a serene holiday. Important: visit ganpatipule during or post monsoon, ganpati celebrations and towards the onset of winters. Never try to provoke destiny during summers and october.
