Rooms were not good in condition, beds are completely wear and teared. Balcony doors were loose and whole night making noise. Resort spread over very large area including garden and dam view.

1. The location is brilliant. No other place comes close to it. It’s bang on the banks of the lake. Not even Sula has that edge. 2. The reception, house-keeping and restaurant are good. Not the best, but better than what one would typically expect from a MTDC property. 3. The pricing is nominal and justified for the excellent location. 4. A few things need improvement. House-keeping, restaurant staff training etc can be improved. The property upkeep is already wanting repairs. If not done in time, might get worse. The authorities should get proactive on this. Otherwise, it was a memorable stay.

When I entered MTDC Nashik campus, I found wow , this property is awesome but it was just a property. Rooms and Swimming Pool were not maintained well, restaurant food was also not upto the mark, every food in breakfast was like overnight food or made since long kinda, even ordered food at thr dinner was not tasty. That is why my overall rating is average only.

Location is best but Property maintenance need to be improved. Breakfast Restaurant need to be improved

Good resort, big resort and good dining facilities. Best part is its location you can have luxury of comfort and connection with nature both at budget rate.

I had given review of my earlier trip to Shillong. But I haven't received any discount.

Only positive thing about the property was that the room was Lake view and enjoyed that view. Food was average. There were ants and flies in the room. The furniture were coming out. No provision was done for Glass or Tea /coffee in the room even after paying so much for Friday/Saturday

Location is perfect, ambience was good, food is average. Lack of cleanliness. If improved,it will be best stay.

Good part : Beautiful location, Big Property, polite staff. Bad part : Filthy rooms, pathetic room service, no refrigerator, bathroom mat even in highly charged rooms, hot kettle provided but no milk,tea,coffee sachets, If asked for it’s on chargeable basis (these are basics now a days and provided even by small time hotels). Getting a fresh towels took more than 3 hours. Lot of insects in room. Honestly speaking being a Govt owned property such things were not expected and this needs immediate improvement.

The property is at prime location, we stayed in thomson3, room of mtdc. Room was well maintained and ventilated. Both Receptionist was helpful , and staff was really good. Surrounding view was lovely. MTDC Boat club is on just 2 min distance and offers a free entry for mtdc guests . And hotel 7/12 was also near by , the food was amazing at 7/12.

The property and location is seven star but maintenance of it is third class .the staff is less to manage the show that is sad but the staff is not well trained too this is why people won’t prefer staying in MTDC . Struggle with room service,room amenities, corridor light,room cleaning, talking to the customer may things they need improvement

I booked the Chardonnay Heritage room which was supposed to be on the premium side. Let's start with the positives room was spacious plenty of cupboard space to keep your stuff and King size bed. Bathroom was huge and toiletries where provided. Balcony had chairs and table to sit out and enjoy the view of the Lake and MTDC boat club. Room service was quick. Property is surrounded by lush greenery and best was the view of the Lake. Food was decent. Breakfast has limited poha, medu vada, bread butter, tea and coffee and live counter for Omelette and Dosa. We also had dinner at the Violet restaurant, they have limited menu options but food was good. They also helped me with customised food for my son who wasn't feeling well. Staff was prompt and courteous. In-room dining service was also good. Enough space within the property to walk around and relax. We were told we could go to the MTDC boat club (must visit) for free by showing our room keys. They had an indoor games room which had table tennis, carrom, pool table which were ok. Cons - room was dirty, with dust & hair in every corner. Two extra mattresses were kept in a corner which looked dirty too. No kettle provided in the room although mentioned in room details. Kids play area wasn't maintained well.

Property location is only good. But There are couple of other issues like electricity keep on coming and going. Stray dogs keep on roaming everywhere door to door, hard to keep food plates outside. Noticed they chased few other guests also. Food items are very much limited. Staffs are cooperative.
