Good view but not comfortable stay n bad service. Food not great and no room service

Property location is one of best but repair work was going on hence food was not readily available. Only rice plates that also prior booking available. No internet available. No phone in room. One of my rooms does not have a TV. Also, for TV major channels are not available. in one of the room geysers was not functional so for early checkout I needed to bathe with cold water. it was overall pathetic experience.

Beautiful location, sea visible from hotel, staff helpful and courteous, limited staff, hence service not prompt, room has basic amenities, beach walkable

बहुत बड़ा एक्सपीरियंस रहा है एमटीडीसी वेलनेश्वर रिपोर्ट में । एक बार रास्ते पर रहोगे चलेगा लेकिन उसमें कभी मत जाइएगा। ना उधर खाने की कोई व्यवस्था है ना कोई चीज का सर्विस है।

Property was not clean insects were roaming on the floor not a good place to visit during rainy season

Stay was comfortable. Hygiene was maintained and staff was polite. Only problem we faced was with electricity due to heavy rain. Except that we had wonderful experience.

Stay was terrible. No lunch, No dinner, No tea, breakfast was available at the hotel nor at the vicinity of the hotel. The manager gave false promises regarding the same and at high time said nothing is possible as the restaurant was closed due to nonavailability of worker's. Availability of food was asked prior to booking the hotel. Very pathetic experience. We left the hotel very early morning next day.

the MTDC velneshwar is very famous property but it is not worth it.they took 4k but amenities are not very good or u can say not much.the view is nice.the food avarage.wifi is only available at reception office not in hut despite bad network.overall it's an average experience.

Location: Wonderful and approachable Food: Good restaurant that offers substantial food options Amenities: Average. No wifi access in rooms, only in reception area. Room service needs improvement Services and overall: It's a bit understaffed and so maintainence of the facility has fallen back. Rating: A solid 3.5/5 for the location, peaceful rooms and good food.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights while visiting the city for a short trip. Overall, it was an average experience neither exceptional nor disappointed. The air conditioning was a bit loud and took time to cool the room properly.Breakfast was very basic limited options and the quality could be improved.

Nobody at reception, need to search ,breakfast after 7:30am, no local food as cook from delhi,ceiling fan mounted on dangerous hook,no facility for contacting reception from room,not suitable for seniors as inside terrains up_down ,sea view ok but seashore not easily accessible, cockroaches inside room & canteen,frequent power failures no emergency arrangements, during power failure in night insects fall in food , no security at all anywhere

The room service was bad. Insects and Cocroches in room. No backup for electricity..everyday there was power outage for 2 hours. AC and TV was not working. No water bottle provided which was mentioned while booking that 2 water bottles will be provided every day. Only 1 staff for taking orders, preparing food, serving food and cleaning.

Property is not well maintained, services is not good, food was not good, If we consider all these points, the room rent n food cost was too much. Limited complimentary breakfast.

The resort was good and the location was excellent. Just need to improve on room service . Rest all good

kitchen opened after 0730 hrs. there should be arrangement for tea at least before that , or alternately please keep electric kettle and tea pouches in the room.

Good Location Access to beach and calmness is guaranteed. Also you feel tranquility. Rooms are accessible .

Resort is situated on hill side of Velneshwar road, when we reached at location, 1st gate see gate for parking without security guard. we entered inside but no sign of reception area which was at lower side of hill. Reception entry gate is difficult to find and very steep. Rooms are ok ok, but maintenance of the resort is really bad. not recommended for family. Power cutoff was there when we reached. water jars are filled with dirty water, TV was useless just for wall decor, Doors and windows are not closing properly. service is very bad 👎
