Review Of MUKTI HOTEL AND RESIDENCY

review for mukti hotel i recently(31st dec evening to 1st jan morning)stayed at mukti hotel, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. the room conditions were terrible, with the bed mattress in extremely bad shape—shabby, uncomfortable, and giving off a foul smell. the geyser in the washroom was non-operational, making it inconvenient to use hot water. the room itself had a persistent stinking smell, which was unpleasant and hard to ignore. additionally, parts of the wall paint were peeling off, adding to the neglected appearance of the room. overall, the stay was far from satisfactory. i hope the management takes these concerns seriously and works on improving the facilities for future guests.

It was good but there was a lot of insects and they did not properly cleaned the room. No thanks

The hotel was good but it was not well maintained in terms of cleaness. And food was also quite average
