Went with friends and family. It's on the main road so connectivity is good hot water is only from 7am to 9am which is annoying. Also they didn't clean the room even after informing them. The bedsheets were not changed. Window near the bathroom was open, anyone could see one taking bath. Hotel management needs to pay attention. There are other properties to look for with better view and service.

The hospitality of all staff members is excellent. The beds of every room were king size and very comfortable. Hot water facility also available in every room. And the biggest thing is that this hotel is in the middle of Panchgani and Mahabaleshwar. Which is near to all tourist places. Everything else was fine but they should improve their parking area a bit. that was a bit dangerous to park the car. And also the rate of food was also very high. Although the price of food is extremely level high everywhere in Mahabaleshwar.

Cottages were spacious and the ambience was good. Kids especially enjoyed having fun in the bathroom bathtub. The food was tasty though a bit overpriced. It is situated on the main Road and was very easy to locate.
