Great place for stay, the food is really nice and the staffs are very good. Great place to stay in kashmir. We are 15 people but they have provided us a great service really happy with their behaviour and service

I booked my room and was scared that how the room would be but as soon as I reached the Mumtaz towers I was delighted to see the rooms which were neat and spic n span. Staff are really very co operative and polite. I feel that visit to srinagar was pleasant. Thanks to the staff and localites. These people are very humble and polite.

I had booked 1 rooms for 2 night in this hotels. 1. The rooms were large, neat and clean with all basic amenities. 2. The staff were friendly. 3. The food was good and is served in a common dining hall. 4. The hotel is located on the top 2 floors of the mall ... A good place for some quick shopping ... Would definitely suggest this place for anyone visiting Srinagar.

Initially had trouble, the hotel people refused to allocate room, even though the MMT booking, I was shocked, later with the support from MMT room, but once again the started cheating by giving room, which was normal room having lot of cockroaches, then once again asked help to MMT, this time with MMT team we got right room, stayed two nights, overall good experience. Thanks to MMT team
