Location is good just 500 meters away from the iconic mg marg. The service is excellent, however there was no one to take your luggage to room. The rooms were very neat and clean.

room's are really very clean and beautiful,and more important things that all staff r very well mannered and very polite and helping nature including reservation staff. actually we booked Dulux room but unfortunately due to unavailability of three rooms in a same floor they upgraded our booking to supper deluxe rooms with out extra charges that really..up to mark of their hospitality.. thanks 👍

Courteous and helpful staff, clean rooms, good location. 8-10 minutes walk from mg marg. Food available against order in 30-45 minutes.

The hotel and staff is really very helping in nature and services of the hotel is great. The hotel is very close to famous mg market. The hotel is very neat and clean. The food in the hotel is ok ok.

Beautiful, well managed, decent, lovely. Very pleasant time spent with your loved one. Very friendly and cooperative staff. Food is delicious and healthy. 10 mins walking distance from mg road gangtok. The cleanliness was particularly noticeable and appreciated. The room likely met or exceeded expectations in terms of comfort and amenities, making for a pleasant stay.

The staff is great. The room was clean. Near mg marg. You can get a taxi from the main road as well as you can buy all the essentials from the shop next to the hotel.

Rooms were neat and basic amenities such as toiletries, hot water were available. Staff is polite and hospitable. However, it’s a little far from main road and the alley leading to the main road is quite steep. It’s better to have a reserved vehicle to move around if you’re planning to stay at muscatel dzeemkhang.

Best place to stay in gangtok. It’s placed perfectly near mg marg and has taxi stands near by. The staff were very helpful and the service was amazing.

Property location is a little hard to find. Otherwise a very good hotel and good food. Very clean. And staff is friendly. But hotel laundry service is too expensive
