We had an excellent holiday with make my trip. A very good 3 star hotel in a prime location made my trip enjoyable. The hotel staff soniya and pravesh were very humble in addressing our queries. The sanitation and food was also very good. It made our trip a very memorable one. The coordination between jai data and cab drivers was also very nice we covered almost every part of darjeeling. Thank you make my trip for arranging such a wonderful trip for us.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at muscatel fairmont, and it truly exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment i arrived, i was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service that set the tone for an unforgettable stay. The check-in process was seamless, and i was immediately struck by the elegant and inviting ambiance of the lobby. The decor exuded a perfect blend of modern luxury and classic charm, making it feel both sophisticated and cozy. My room was a sanctuary of comfort. It was spacious, immaculately clean, and tastefully decorated with attention to detail. The bed was incredibly comfortable, adorned with plush pillows and soft linens that made for restful nights. The view from the room was breathtaking, offering a picturesque panorama of the surrounding area. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Every member of the team, from the concierge to the housekeeping staff, went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. They were attentive, friendly, and genuinely interested in making my stay as pleasant as possible.
