Behaviour of all staff of this hotel is very cordial. We had a great homely stay at this place. Mountain view from the rooms is added attraction. Cost of food is on higher side. We highly recommend this property to all.

The location of the hotel is simply excellent, the feel both from the outside and inside is one of the best like it doesn't feel like usual West Bengal level. Next off the staff's behavior is the best thing about the whole stay and I am not bluffing, although the staff keeps changing shifts so each time it's a different member in the reception but they all are equally very helpful and kind. Next off the food is 4/5 level good and the dining area is also very homely atmosphere. The amenities inside this hotel is also top notch like bed warmer, electric kettle, good service of tea, coffee, hot water, nice and clean spacious bathroom, television, etc etc. Overall for the price it's a rare find and it's quite affordable and it's a premium experience throughout (just only apart from the internet connectivity which for airtel, vi, jio, all sucks and their wifi is also unusable even tho they have one router at each flr)

A very wonderful experience at muscatel nirvana, everything was up to the mark, all the staff were very polite and served brilliant hospitality, really a go to stay.

Had a pleasant stay with comfort & wonderful window view. Room heater was not available however they provided an electric blanket. Tea & coffee maker was available

Location -fav. Just beside darjeeling cafe. Brisk walk from mall. Food-quite delicious. Rooms-very good. Clean. Panaromic view of kanchanjungha from hotel and view rooms behaviour of the staffs-amazing. Polite and courteous, very helpful.

The staff was very cooperative and helpful. The location is excellent. One can view kanchenjunga right from the view room, and from the balcony for a non view room. Breakfast was ok, nothing to brag about; and it's served in your room, there's no buffet system. Overall a very satisfying stay.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was great and good value for money and service was attentive and efficient.
