location was good food excellent but amenities too poor room mattress & sitting sofas condition is very poor condition service is good & staff was so humble

The location was nice, close to Mall Road but the cleanliness was not upto mark. Pillow, bed sheet even towel had some stains. Also in the name of power backup only two lights are there.

It was the best stay with best service and facilities

Excellent location. Services slow. Amenities not in very good shape. Furnitures are old. The geyser in the bathroom doesn’t work well.

We stayed 2 nights in Mussoorie gateway hotel , Location is good and hotel provides shuttle service for pick up and drop to Mall Road which was good . Hotel given me worst room as room was too dirty , duvet cover was stained , no bathroom amenities was in room except Soap and shampoo sachet . Wash basin was crack , Tea mug and bathroom amenities trey was chipped . Room telephone was not working . Others room food bill posted in my room billing. Which were canceled after my discussion with receptionist. Room cleaning was not done on 1 Oct .

Overall, the stay was good, but the staff members were not very active or attentive. There was water flowing in front of our room which started coming inside. Unfortunately, no staff member was available to listen or help with the issue. The bed sheets were also quite dirty. However, for a family stay, you can manage for one night. The views from the room were nice, which made the stay a bit better.

Went off-season (in September first week), got it for cheap price and enjoyed it very much. The bed is cozy, the TV works fine, the view is AMAZING! The food is quite good, they have a free pickup service and drop-off to mall road. And the parking is very safe. They also provide help with rental bikes and such stuff.
