Hotel staff at the reception are not welcoming, during check in and check our there is no luggage service. Though they see guests need help they just ignore it. Complimentary breakfast was just poor. I had literally asked for plates glass and they made to wait for it. Really bad food. Rooms are conjusted, TV was non-operational and AC was almost in dead state. Honestly property is not worth the money.

The entry into the hotel's parking lot is a bit difficult to find from the busy road. But once you are in the rooms are good and clean. This property has multiple banquet halls and some events take place here during which it can get extremely noisy. This happened during our stay for about 4 hours from evening till about 10;30PM. The rooms aren't sound proofed so the heavy band that was playing was reaching the room without any reduction in sound. I am surprised such heavy decibel sound takes place at night in a hotel. The positives are friendly staff and a very good complimentary breakfast.

Two reasons i shared terrible things because one 1. I order veg sandwich they given chicken. 2. at the time for exit I asked to collect key at morning 5 the staff was sleeping and I called many times and ask to collect key he ask me to wait Hotel is good facility provide is very poor

It was a good stay and service with good breakfast options. Room Service could have been better but overall a good property.

1) The staff were dam excellent 10 out of 10 2) the breakfast buffet was horrible, very few options 3) literally there were no Salad options 4) the breakfast arrangement was very dirty. I’ve taken pictures, but I don’t want to post. It. Looked horrible. Everything was mixed with everything and below that it was almost like a storage space. 5) filter Coffee concept was not there. 6) the room was very very small. Nothing like what else on the website; there were no tissues we had to ask for the Personal toilet kit. The towels were not clean. Morning buffet breakfast was disgraceful. He didn’t have quantity or quality or numbers. All the ad was Idly Dosa and Puri and of course too serious that nobody saw using the past two days and there is no filter coffee. There is no fresh coffee and the kitchen area was dirty. Generally, the buffet area was also being used as a storage area under the food. They would keep anything they want, so I didn’t really look any better than my own kitchen in Bangalore. The first day I was given such a shabby room very small room, which was a far cry from what I saw on the website. and then second day I requested and at about 2 o’clock or 3 o’clock, they suggested they could move me to a better room. The staff were very very beautiful, well behaved, graceful, and helpful The bathroom was horrible. It was a wet bathroom. It reminded me of my grandmother‘s washroom back home in the village. The sink water pressure was extreme momentary open the water in the wash basin. It would splash all over us. My wife’s make up was disappearing. Every time she would innocently turn on the tap in the wash basin. And coming out of the bathroom into the bedroom, there was no carpet to drive our feet, so in effect, everything would be wet We were not given personal toiletries like brushes or toothpaste or comb or any of those welcome. Nice to have things. I know it just means ₹10 or ₹20 we had to ask for tissues and we also had to ask for clean towels. Towels were half brown.

The property is a newly established one and hence the rooms are neat. Basic amenities like Toiletries are not provided- the Hotel claims to be like a 3 star hotel but does not meet the basic requirements. The staff are extremely rude , cold , completely non customer friendly, they clearly carry a behaviour expressing no fear of customer dissatisfaction. To begin with, this Hotel follows a 2PM check-in time which is very inconvenient followed by a 11 AM check-out. Basic guest welcoming procedures like informing the guests about breakfast timings are not followed. It looks like staff employed here are just completely unprofessional with no training provided on certain procedures of handling basic Hospitality. The staffs behave like doing their regular expected duty itself is an exceptional service that is being provided , they behave like accommodating minor requests itself is a very huge exception that they are doing. The AC remote’s battery was damaged , the basic checks of looking into minor things like were not done before handing over the rooms to the guests, Post 10 PM it looks like they manually control the water supply and had to call the reception letting them know that the water is unavailable. The Bedcovers and pillows are all maintained just on an average scale. The breakfast is fine. The location is good. On an overall experience, the service being provided versus the tariff they charge you is just not worth it. There are other Hotels in this town which are not newly built like this one but are definitely more user friendly and are in a better budget.
