1. Poor housekeeping 2. They said 24/7 hot water facility is available, we got just warm water. 3. While booking i have booked for an additional beds which is changed additionally. But for additional bed they have not provided bed and bedsheet. They've provided only matt on a request. 4. Based on our experience it's not worth it.

There is no dustbin in entire Residency. Poor hospitality. Totally disappointed.

What a nightmare! we booked this residency based on its name since most hotels in thanjavur were fully booked. I reserved an ac room for my family, and from the moment we stepped in, it was clear this was a mistake. Not only were the rooms dirty, but even the entrance and pathways looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The only redeeming factor was the ac, which seemed new, but everything else was poorly maintained. Wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The outside vehicles sounds used to come inside the room, they didn't provide any ac blanket. And the room was dirty.
