excellent service offered. Food is just veg but tasty. Complimentary breakfast could have been better with options served

The room was spacious , near and clean. View from balcony was nice. Amenities, fun zone, garden area all were good. Food is just average in taste and expensive. Only basic free channels were available in the TV. Even after multiple request other channels were not provided given that the room costs 10k per night. Staffs were cordial.

View is spectacular from the hotel and balcony ... but the pathetic service from front desk kills all good vibe. Also request to make my trip to NOT give false promises . As black membership i was told that i will be eligible for extension of checkout time till 3 hours. Forget 3 hours .. reception was not willing to give even one hour extension.

Beautiful property and very well maintained. Ample parking space for vehicles. Staffs are really good and helpful. They speak multiple languages for guests comfort. Prana restaurant serves great vegetarian quality food.

A very pleasant stay; totally detached from city routine. Very courteous staff and excellent food served. Nothing to say as an issue. Travel arrangements coordinator was highly cooperative and understanding. Overall a very much satisfied trip

it's Pure Veg serving resort, The resort head was quite humble and good. Main thing you cannot take kids there food has less variety and break fast they serve by 8.30am

location ok..poor cleanliness..poor maintenance..not worth for money..very much disappointed bedsheets were not clean ..carpet in room was very very dirty..

The room was average, i could see some dust and dirt in the pillow. The food was below average. It's safe for the girls trip. The staff are good and well behaved.

It was worst, no water in room no moisture no dental kit no heater no bonfire no lights in garden food was so bad.

Worst place I ever seen, no hospitality,worst food and even for hot water we need to request them and call to receptionist and if we ask to keep mug of water on dinner table they will say it’s on request. For bonfire they are asking for 1500rs no moisture in washroom there answer for that “here nobody will use moisturiser “ no dental kit in washroom everything is so bad. I highly recommend not to visit this property.

The stay was extremely comfortable and the team servicing the guests were on their toes. A lovely place - amazing views and had a great time. Loved the ambience and the amenities in the room. The spa was good too with a mix of ayurveda and deep tissue massages. The food is all vegetarian and a great place for folks who tend to eat jain food. This place is kid friendly and is very close to the kotagiri town.

Rooms were clean, good food and the place is located almost in a centre where medical shops cafe etc were located nearby. It was a small property but very well maintained. We relished the food.

We really enjoyed our stay at nahar retreat, kothagiri. This is second we are visiting this resort as family. It's vert well maintained, neat, clean and cozy space. Price is really on higher side. But you if prefer kothagiri, there are no much resorts to choose from at this level. Food is pure vegetarian, non veg people may find difficulty. But food is very delicious with lot of items in the menu the only complaint, the garden was closed for maintenance. And there is no walkable area for this resort apart from this small garden. So you are stuck inside the room! otherwise stay was comfortable and safe. We will choose this resort when ever we visit kothagiri again

Hot water for restroom only on request they will turn on the geyser, complimentary breakfast with only 2 main course, limited car parking, i have booked a room with 2 television in which one tv doesn't worked. Short circuit of led panel light in between stay, they solved the problem, friendly staff and responsible staff but poor management, needs improvement, one good review about the hotel is cleanliness is superb. Very limited menu, not even the choice of sandwich in round the clock menu. Only till 9 pm food will be available outside food is not allowed
