Hotel is neat and service is also good. Staff is very cooperative. Food is also nice and value for money. No Geysers inside room. They will release hotwater only between 6 to 10. What if we want o have Bath in the evening? Overall, hotel is good compared to other hotels in Ooty

1. Great room service 2. Great vegetarian food at the restaurant in ground floor 3. No lift 4. Variable and steep steps and is also cramped. One needs a strong knee to climb. 5. Feiendly environment 6. Had 4 car parking slot in the backside 7. Half the price of the 3 star nahar hotel in the main road and also half the distance from ooty lake. We enjoyed the stay. It was perfect. Had to pat 500 for extra mattress.

Good rooms and service. If at all any negatives to be pointed out it will be regarding the location and parking space. Roads leading to the place is very narrow. Although they will do a wallet parking for you, they don't have a proper parking space

Hotel is near to bus station and railway station is advantage. Good hotel for medium class budget people. We stayed in suite room. We reached morning 9. 30. Even though check in time is 12. 00 PM, they provided one room for fresh up and after 1 hour our suite room was ready. Staff people are good and responsive for any query. Hot water available between 6 to 10 AM. It will be better if they can provide warm water 7 to 9 PM also. Have got a vegetarian restaurant and food is okay. It will be useful if they start the breakfast by 7. 30 because most of the people staying want to go out for sight seeing by 8. 30-9. 00 AM. They will arrange for sight seeing individual taxi or group taxi at reasonable rates compared to other similar budget hotels.

It was a pleasant stay at Nahar Residency. The room was good and it was as shown in the photo. I took a suite, the room was clean and tidy. It is real value for money. The discount offered by MakeMyTrip made it real cheap. If you are looking for great view from your room, do avoid as it is in the market area. I took this because of easy accessibility to major places like Bus Station, Ooty toy train station, Lake, Rose Garden, Botanical Garden, Charing Cross etc. The food at it's restaurant is costly, avoid using it as there are many eateries available nearby. Above all I will recommend it to others.

Good hotel, the hotel is located in main bazar which is very near to all the tourist places and we really enjoyed the stay. The sightseeing trip arranged by the hotel which is worth able for money. The hotel rooms are maintained very well and room service are good.

Good location, good rooms. Worth every paisa you spent, near to jain temple and market, its so nice to be there. Proximity to bus stand and railway, its safe and good. Jain management is a big advantage for vegetarians. Stayed in Suite room - comfortable.
