I had booked two rooms and paid for two rooms but the company told the hotel owner about only one room and I lost a lot of money

experience is not good cleaness is poor

property location was too far from city.We made check inn after climbing around 200 m up after parking with aur baggages, no support was given by owner. nearest restaurant was 2 km away from hotel.

Staying was good at naina greens. Staffs were good and too supportive.

The location is good and caretaker is very friendly. My experience is superv.

Location is little far away from city but totally worth it location. The weather is pleasant, room is clean, care taker is friendly, food is good and they have good fast wifi

Comfortable, highgenic and plesent views stay. Host was too polite and helpful. We can walk 20 min. To reach city vaya shortcut road having beautiful nature views.

First of all the location is very much hard to find, hotel is far! away from naini lake and mall road, we were on bike luckily so took our bike to nainital mall road. Hotel room was full of bugs. We paid 2300rs for this worst experience, waste of money!

Good to stay but distance between room to base of nainital is not on walkable distance. A bike charge rs 200 minimum.

It was my first time at a homestay as a family and it was really good. The care taker was polite, humble and have helped us suggestion on different locations to visit there.

Home stay is not independent kitchen is shared.

The location is extremely inconvenient. No basic facilities such as food and snacks. No nearby shops. The manager is very unprofessional and doesn't maintain any service on time.

The pg room was given in the hotel as a deluxe room, the caretaker of the hotel behaved rudely, instead of helping the guests who came to the hotel throughout the day, his entire focus is on pocket-cutting, he has a commission in everything.

Not good washroom not clean bed sheet and blankets were dirty

Mr. Pandey, a caretaker is very humble and helped me to find the best vehicle for local and drop facilities immediately. Though this place is far from the city but a good and peaceful location nearby university

The hotel property is very bad for this price range. I really don't like. -fake room photo are uploaded. - bathroom are not proper clean & hygienic. - they are provided tv but in not working condition.
