The property is located at a prime location. The view from the balcony was simply breathtaking. This is the largest property in Pangot with the best view . We booked a room only so no reviews of the food. There were plenty of options to eat around the property. We enjoyed indoor games too. Our stay was overall good. I Hotel Review I recently stayed at this hotel with three other families, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. While the hotel is located in a good area, the service provided by the staff was extremely poor. There was no one at the reception most of the time, making it difficult to get any assistance. Despite the entire property being vacant, we were assigned four rooms on the second floor. We had booked deluxe rooms, which were spacious, but the washrooms were in terrible condition—stinking and leaking whenever we used the washbasins. Basic amenities like drinking water and glasses were not provided unless we specifically asked. Additionally, they did not offer toothpaste, toothbrushes, or other toiletries that are typically expected in a hotel of this category. The food was decent, but the prices were exorbitant. When we shared our concerns regarding the lack of services, the staff was unwilling to acknowledge the issues. There was no park or dedicated sitting area for families to gather, and they didn't even arrange a bonfire, whereas other nearby hotels were doing so. Overall, despite the good location, the poor service and lack of basic amenities made our stay very disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.

There is no water in room. Poor electricity, not even our phone could charge. Food is really expensive but taste is average. Overall the property is good but smarties are poor.
