Stayed for four nights with wife i liked everything about hotel especially cleanliness hygiene safety helpfulness. My stay was overall satisfactory.

Rooms are amazing. Spacious. Service is good. Location is best if you want to shop. Near metro station so travelling is easy. Room service is good. Food is available and tasty. Rajiv Chowk is just a 10 mins metro ride

Initially bad experience, the person who attended us on front desk told that there is no room availability, even after I showed that I have booked online with MakeMyTrip. Afterwards another staff attended us well. Food is very good. Room service also OK. Location also nearby metro. Overall satisfied.

This hotel is located at the main market of Karol Bagh, very near to metro station of Karol Bagh. Hotel is good, clean and peaceful environment. Service is also good, complimentary pickup and drop facility to New Delhi airport is also provided. overall, it's a good hotel in a place like Karol Bagh.

The hotel is situated in the city, the area is very crowded, the advantage is the main market of that area is a walkable distance. The rooms are bit small but overall good. If you get the room for 1000-1500 bucks then go for it otherwise there are several other option available nearby if you can spend more money.

It is good hotel for solo traveller and location is good very near to metro station. Hotel is not clean, breakfast is very bad, I don't suggest it for couples, as it doesn't seems to be a value for money hotel.

As per the pictures I thought room should be big & clean but it was not there. Make my trip has given that hotel 3 * but I don't think they are eligible for that. Make my trip has to check properly before giving stars to any hotel because they are not worthy

Front desk people was not friendly... Also attitude problem... They are not at all responsible. Front desk people have attitude problem. They behavior rudely... Overall very bad experience.

Room was smelling very bad. Front desk people are not friendly. Hospitality was really bad at front desk. They are not at all responding. Front desk cleanliness so okay but rooms were stinking badly. The moment I entered the room omg it was horrible.

We booked super deluxe hotel. But Rooms were cheaper than basic rooms quality. Poor experience, not at all matching with the photographs given on sites. Rooms condition was very very poor. We changed our room thrice still dirty and smelly rooms. Half of the items of menu were not available in the hotel's kitchen. Will not recommend to any one.

I have paid for premium room while booking however room was not provided as promised & same was already given to other person. Unexpected behaviour by staff. Asking water bottles reply was you will get once housekeeping will come to clean the room.

Hotel is pathetic. Do not go by the pictures posted on various sites. The rooms are full of termites. Almost half of the furniture inside any of the rooms are eaten by the termites. Not even worth.

Ants in the room !!! No AC working, and also speaking about the service, you will have to call 4 times atleast to get a towel. Room very small Rooms were not clean at all Location it is a small lane very difficuilt to get a ola or uber there also the ghaffar market is 1 km away.
