I got the property through make my trip application. Even if the booking confirmed, still the receptionist is not allowing me to stay, he repeatedly asked me to check with customer service. The behaviour of the receptionist is worse and not not professional at all

As informed, an additional charge of ₹500 was applied with support guidelines, which you had agreed to during the support call.
