The bungalow property is well kept. The caretaker staff was also good. However the common facilities which guests can use at the Ramsukh hotel were all closed supposedly due to low occupation. This includes the restaurants as well. This should have been informed during booking. Only on of the restaurants was open. Breakfast included in the package was served at this restaurant which was below average. There is a kids play are which was ok. The pool table in the games room was unusable. Even though the Bungalow property was great, the allied facilities were subpar.

Roof collapsed

The roof in the villa collapsed and the caretaker was hurt too. We expect a refund as it was really unsafe and we even left the villa next day due to the incident.
