Gem of a find for old wotld heritage experience

Small little cosy resort. Very convenient location and boat jetty, waterfront, top restaurants are all very walkable and near. The room is clean, has old heritage feel and tasteful furniture. Staff is very helpful, specially smith was managing the breakfast crowd nicely and helping everyone. Plenty of autos are around the place and do not forget to visit several cafes nearby for old world charm and tasty food. The breakfast was good too.

Reached at the hotel around 1 pm and there was a slight hiccup with the reservation but the management resolved it very smoothly. The staff were very helpful. The vibe of the hotel was very refreshing. Colonial architecture and rooms and all. Very calm and peaceful atmosphere. Most attractions of fort kochi are in a walkable distance and also good restaurants are also available. The restaurant at the hotel was also very good.

The stay was really good. The staff were really helpful and cooperative 24*7. Also, location of the hotel is the best. It's very near to all the catchy places in fort kochi. Away from the major crowd, but still in the prime. Lovely place, near rooms and classy with pool facilities

The location and ambience is amazing. It is a compact property located in the heart of fort kochi, a heritage sight. It is close to almost all the must see places in that area. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The rooms are spacious and clean. Ideal for business travellers who would like to unwind after a hectic work week. The food is great and in sufficient quantity. The place is more worth than the rates they charge i guess.

we stayed at napier heritage for a day as couple.the location of the property is most ideal and many tourist spots in fort kochi are just with in walking distance. don't miss kathakali performance at kerala kathakali center which is just 5 min walk from property. just follow google map. just enjoy the lanes of fort kochi which is an experience in itself.the property is very old bungalow converted in hotel. so don't expect business hotel kind of features. but the people are friendly and help ful.also the airport is far so leave the place in time as it takes around one and half hour plus. use tuk tuk i.e three wheeler auto rikshaw for going around for 3 hrs from property it is just 200 bucks per hour.happy tourism 😊

The location is good and the ambience is awesome. Swimming pool adds to the good experience. The staff is very humble and cooperative. All in all very good experience.

We had a lovely time at napier. The property is spotlessly clean and very tastefully done. It is situated on a nice quiet street very near to the parade ground. Lovely neighborhood with heritage structures. Perhaps the best location in fort kochi. The staff is very polite and helpful. All the attractions are in walk-able distance. The food was delicious and the pool was very well maintained. Next time we are in kochi this is the place we will stay.
