As a family we never felt like we were guests in a hotel. The place is grand and the service was excellent. They have 24hr service desk who can help you. The room was spacious and comfortable. It was clean and well maintained. The bathroom had no problems whatsoever. It was nice and clean. We were provided with toiletries. The best part is their restaurant which is in a palace where you feel nothing less than a king whilst the staff take your order very courteously and make sure you have had your fill. It was a very pleasant experience with narayani heritage and we will make sure to book with them again in the future.

Friendly staff. Best bit is the 24hour room service. The place is super clean. Vintage furniture adorns the hallways and the rooms. The bathroom is a bit small and can be better equipped. Also the toiletries need improvement.
