Coming to jabalpur for the first time ever, the stay was surprisingly pleasant as we did not have much expectations. The hotel is a heritage property with perfect location and proximity to airport, landmarks and all. The staff was above and beyond in making every guest comfortable be it at the hotel, restaurant or the bar. There is beautiful pool at the back which is well maintained and has a huge privacy wall for guest comfort. The menu offered a wide variety of food and the bar was also well stocked. Our stay was made even more comfortable by jib y (their manager at the restaurant) who is pure gold in terms ofetiquette, service and wide knowledge. We are glad we stayed at narmada jackson’s and we shall surely choose this place the next time.

Stayed with family from 3/4 - 4/4 room was spic and span, very spacious with all latest amenities room service was outstanding reception exemplary very near to station overall excellent experience. Will definitely stay again at this place

We made a last minute booking for the stay due to unforeseen circumstances. The kitchen staff helped us with our food even post their normal working hours. Really appreciate the untimely help! definitely recommend to stay there!

Spacious and well maintained rooms, impeccable and prompt service, very good food and breakfast spread. The hotel is located wry close to the rely stun but in the upmarket south civil lines. Overall excellent experience

The rooms and the property are well maintained. It looks like it was newly constructed. Staff are also very good in behaviour. Well decorated as well.

I travel-led with my family recently to this hotel and i was very happy with the stay here. The staff was very polite and welcoming. The food i had here at their restaurant was among the best i had in a while. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Rooms are big, spacious and well maintained
