Location is excellent. Very good and cooperative staff. Stay was nice. Room service menu was pretty limited. Only egg items were there as non-vegetarian food. Free bottled drinking water should have been served.
Window for outside view was lacking. Free bottled drinking water was not provided. Staff was courteous.

Location is fine and no noise. Lifts are quite good and clean. Room service is good and adequate.
I liked it most and fully satisfied. Worth for money I have paid a good stay.

It all good but lacks few things. Room size is small. Reception area needs improvement. Proper guide and assistance should be on ground floor level. Reception area is first floor.

S it was good they treated coustomer nicely Never expected these type of hotels are available at Kanpur. I enjoyed the stay when ever I go o feel like staying there only. The toilets are very clean. But hope should change the bed as it's very hard to sleep.

It was great stay altogether, beautiful and spacious room, hygienic bathroom, towels and bed sheet specially. I visited few hotels in Kanpur but the quality of living in Narula was fantabulous specially cleanliness.

Rooms are clean good service good amenities strongly recommend, Bathroom are neat and clean rooms have facility of locker freezer television with cable connections and all good channels is also available. Strongly recommend.

Nice experience. Prices should be bit lower. Overall experience is good. Good service. Waiters behavior is good. Whole staff behavior is good. The food which was served is also good. Location of the hotel is also good. It was very near to the central railway station.

Hotel location is prime and easy to reach. 10 mins away from Bus station. Hotel rooms are awesome and very silent. Hotel staff is very polite, professional and ready to help with. Overall nice stay and I can recommend this to other travellers..

I have booked this hotel to attend my relative marriage in a near by location, I found this hotel value for money very neat & clean rooms & hotel corridor. They provide free WiFi with good connectivity speed. Hotel should also provide complementary breakfast in their plan. Food option is limited but quality is again very good. I recommend this hotel to stay with all facility.

I was alone travelling to Kanpur for official purpose. The hotel was accessible and well maintained. The staff were polite. The rooms were well maintained and clean. I can undoubtedly refer this hotel for anyone travelling to Kanpur.
