Very amiable staff, comfortable stay. They will treat you as their family members. You would feel like you are staying at your home.

Very nice guesthouse with friendly owners. The owners' family runs the place. They are warm and welcoming. The rooms are spacious with nice view of the mountains. The owners' also provide cab. Its a good guesthouse for both business travelers and families.

The property is located really far from the city center although the staff told us it’s a five minute walk there. The room was filthy, the bed was full of bed bugs and there was a dead fly on the toilet seat when we came there. At night i have felt bugs crawling on my skin. Furthermore the room was really noisy at night and the staff listened to music on their phones just outside the door until 2 am.

The place was nice and clean and the employees were very nice and always happy to help. The view from the room was beautiful and the location was good next to some cafes but a bit far from the center. All together a good choice!

Meals are not good, hygiene. I think cooks are not well trained

I stayed at nathula guest house for 3 nights. The hospitality was great. Rick y ji and his father were very helpful and were always available. The food is awesome and service is also timely. I highly recommend the guest house for anyone thinking to stay in leh and particularly near leh main market as it's just 10 minute walk away from the market. They also take good care of hygiene and the room was very neat and clean.

All, i must say that this guest house will accept you with full gratitude and the property owner and his family will treat you like their own members. Extremely caring and helpful for a customer and they will assist you in every single matter you may seek assistance. They even arranged a cab at a comparatively cheaper rate than other hotels. When it comes to ambience, the hotel is clean and spacious. The views of mountains are available and it's proximity to the main market is within walking distance of roughly 1 km. I highly recommend this property for anyone visiting leh either alone or with family. Nathula homestay is indeed trustworthy and it is affordable too.

Stanzin and his entire family is very co-operative and supportive. Food is also home alike. Rooms are spacious. It has small garden with apple and apricots trees. Bit away from market but nearby there is rented bike shop so no issue. Overall satisfied.

Clean rooms and great hospitality from the owner couple

This gust house isolated, no transport facility, in nearby doctors facilities, because there is essentially for out of tourist. So, i am check out after one days,

I absolutely had no clue on where to stay in leh. Having gone through all the reviews, i decided to go with hotel nathula. It’s absolutely value for money. The entire family is amazingly welcoming and friendly. Their son - tenzin who is also the caretaker leaves no stone unturned in making you feel like family. His professionalism is worth mentioning. Food was absolutely delicious and suiting the taste buds( i come from punjab so spices is everything for us) and it isn’t expensive at all. In short, it’s a pure value for money.

The only problem was of hot water in the morning which was not available
