I planned with my family there everything was awesome as the property has its natural beauty with modern amenities

Terrible review
We were a group of 12. If we enjoyed somewhat that was all because of our own efforts. We booked this resort because the kids wanted a pool. The pool was not functional and the property owner stated multiple unreasonable reasons to not start it. We requested them to light the bonfire for which they said it was chargeable because they had to pay the wood guy. The property was in a forested area, and there was access to freely available logs we ourselves found the wood logs and asked them to light it. Hence they experience was pathetic
