Mm t offered breakfast in room charges but hotel denied by saying kitchen is not working. But, resturant is working which a part of hotel. Even, they changed my room 3 times in 3 days. Staff and their superior are very helpful and polite. Rooms are cleaned but washrooms need to be improved

The hotel said there were no rooms during checkin and displaced the guest in a different hotel 4 kms away. Also insisting that the guest pay to travel to the alternate hotel. However after much deliberation they agreed to send the guest on their expense in an auto. The alternate hotel was far from our business place and not exactly upto the standards and no food facility,

Booked this hotel as it was near to marriage hall. No proper hot water supply. Need to fill buckets from other room for hot water to take bath. Dirty bedsheets and blankets. Totally terrible experience. Never book this place. Total waste of money. No idea abt food. Service was d worst.
