Make my trip doesn't care for customers. On 30 sep i booked hotel in bhawali. I reached at 12. 30 am with family. Hotel denied my booking. I reported at real time. I on my own pressurized the local hotel but as per the money invested i didn't get the facility. Make my trip denied to give me any other option. If i am booking 1st ac ticket with u in train and u provide sleeper class journey at the time of. Journey. What u want to say. Im following this from 30th of sep still i'm waiting for refund. My request always closed before explaining me. This was last booking with u people. Pl resolve the issue

Not good hotel and faculty. My order is not given at right time. I and many people was problem at night

It was great stay in the hotel, staff was very cooperative. They arranged milk for all kids. Breakfast was fresh. Food was authentic & good.
