"We had an exceptional experience at Nedous! The service was outstanding, thanks to Javed, Parvez, Zahoor, and Shaukat. The food was delicious, and the patio view was breathtaking. Although the property isn't wheelchair-friendly, the staff went above and beyond to assist my mother. They even made exceptions for our small Shitzu pet. The location is perfect, with the golf club just 200 meters away. The surrounding area is beautiful and peaceful, making it ideal for a relaxing stay. We highly recommend Nedous for its excellent service and serene atmosphere."

The hotel’s location is fine, and the athletics facilities are also good. However, overall, it needs improvement.

We visited after Pahalgam attack..Staffs gave us warm welcome.. Hospitality is awesome..Location is perfect in Gulmarg lush Golf area..It has beauty like a wallpaper.. WORTH GOING THERE.. You will miss the location once you leave this place.

Overall, it was a very good experience, but honestly, some things need to be addressed. I was content with the stay Cons: The rooms were a bit rustic, very old, and definitely need cleaning, maintenance, and repairs if not complete renovation. The water in the bathroom was leaking all the time. One of the tiles was broken. Could get hurt if you're not careful every time you're entering the bathroom. Also, I'm sure we were not given one of their better rooms as we booked via MMT as i overheard one of the staff saying that. If that's a reason we were treated poorly, i wouldn't want to book via MMT again. Pros: Beautiful location surrounded by golf course and snow mountains all around. Delicious food was served both at dinner and breakfast. Excellent service by the staff promptly.

This is a very old hotel and they have never renovated it. You have to literally climb to reach the hotel room. Cardiac patients can never go there. Rooms are terrible and there is no privacy.
