Smelly , Not super clean stuff

Our recent stay at Neel Clarks Inn, Agra, was quite disappointing and not worth the money we spent. We checked in around 11:30 PM, and despite our late arrival, the receptionist insisted we vacate the room by 11:30 AM the next morning, refusing even a short extension. There was no attendant available to assist us with our luggage or guide us to the room — quite surprising for a property to be of this standard. The first room allotted to us strongly of cigarette smoke, and we had to request a change. The second room was slightly better, but overall, the experience remained unpleasant. There were no arrangements for drivers, no dorm mats, and guests traveling with a driver must arrange separate accommodation outside the premises — and pay extra for it. The staff was unhelpful and rude, and there was no one at the main gate to welcome or assist guests upon arrival. Overall, the property and service level do not justify the price. Would not recommend staying here.

Clean rooms and well maintained rooms courteous staff. Best place.and location.......will visit again.

The room was clean. Humble staff with great food. Good accessibility. Connected to main road with 2 min drive. All online taxi services available unlike other hotels. Very reasonable and safe for family. Will highly recommend to anyone who seeks comfortable and hassle free stay.

Room Was good, staff was also good but dine in service is not proper as they closed their kitchen by 10:30 PM so if you need any basic thing from kitchen it was not available.

They served us un serviceable room with no batteries in remote, tv recharge not available, bed sheet and pillow cover dirty , no shampoo and soap for bathing, serving food at an interval of 1.5 hours with break in item served. Electric kettle not working, no complimentary items like water milk powder, tea bags etc No accommodation facility for driver strong action should be take taken against them paying price is not worth

The hotel ambience was really good and the staff was also polite. Infact we had dinner at the restaurant and staff named druv was really helpful l and kind. Also while check in they upgraded our room and that was real surprise. Overall i would rate it the best hotel.

overall a good stay 1) room and washroom was neat and clean 2) restaurant serve good food, in room food service is expensive 3) breakfast is minimum what is required, can add 1 or 2 items 4) other services like staff and other were up to the mark 5) hotel is little bit far from taj and agar fort

Breakfast options are limited and tasteless. Foods are tasteless and prices are too high. They pretend to be 3 star, however they do not qualify for the same. There were too much mosquito in night in bedroom.

location of the property is good,they do have ample parking space. bell boy service were not available. also staff was not very courteous. property is good and newly built

We took package with dinner and lunch...dinner was messed up...there was not buffet. They provide few dishes after waiting for an hour Food services were not up to mark... Hotel was over priced 😭

No frills, simple hotel. Rooms were neat and clean. Couple of kms to taj west gate. Slightly expensive but considering location fine.

Good stay but option to eat in hotel was limited however everything is good and staff is very polite.

The hotel is ok. Breakfast was not good. No room service in late night. Hotel has to improve. Roons are good and clean.

Our stay was quite comfortable and we shall keep on booking rooms through you on regular basis. Room was good and staff was quite courteous. Hope to visit the hotel on regular basis.
