Decent stay in a budget, there are not many options in Neil island so this is a good property in budget

Staffs were very co operative and property was very clean and location was awesome, room was full of space and lawn was also super

The garden of the property was charming. Location was also good. But the attached restaurant was charging exorbitantly for every item.

Room location fantastic and food are so good. Very easy to reach sight seeing. Also near by lakshamnpur beach 1. Food are so delicious and tasty. Must try full fish and breakfast complementary also very tasty and unlimited. Window screen only one draw back. Suggest to provide single curtain to avoid privacy fear

The stay was excellent. The property has lush green area with seasonal flowers. A nice destination for family. Hotel also has very good restaurant offering variety of delicious food.

Everything is good, including behaviour, location, food, water etc. Food is very expensive in hotel restaurant, the taste is good.

1) the towel and bedsheet was torned 2) there was a bad smell in the water flowing from bathroom taps, we told the staff but no one came to check it 3) the electricity was getting dropped frequently 4) the wifi provided had a very poor signal, it was like no wifi facility provided only

Plumbing was terrible, bathroom remained waterlogged for entire day, we had no other available options, hence we stayed, no network insider room, wifi was also not working, requested multiple times but they did not recharge the tv, bedsheets and towels were dirty,

Hotel have double standards and hotel do not value money or situations of guests. Please avoid this hotel if you want to save your money

Neha palace is a good hotel, well maintained hotel, it's ambience is good, nicely curated lawn, courteous staff, food is good, cooperative staff, cottages are good place to stay, power backup is there along with water supply.
