Excellent hotel, service was good. The place had so much charm. All the the staff was super duper friendly and helpful. We did not face any problem during our stay. Also you should try the food there too. It’s tasty! and the location is so central that it’s really easy to even walk up there. Overall great experience. I will definitely go again and recommend others

Excellent stay & property ! had visited recently with my family, and the place is awesome in terms of service, food and aesthetic ambience. Highly recommended for a person who wants to enjoy the quality time with family. Will be looking forward to come again.

Location and property is good. Walking 7-8 min. From matheran station. Staff is polite and friendly. Pls try food. Tasty and budget friendly overall experience us good

Nice quaint resort. No frills but clean, decent and very cozy. The biggest plus point is the extremely beautiful behaviour of the staff. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel location is very beautiful surrounding with trees. The receptionist was polite. Food quality was excellent. Room service aslo very quick and got the needs on time. I will recommend this hotel for all matheran tourist. All over experience was awesome

matheran is a peaceful place.no vehicle entry in town and around the place so it's very peaceful traffic free. resort good food quality, good hospitality & service. resort is very nice to spend time. surrounding.weather is very beautiful. must go to matheran and visit this resort.

The room was good and locations is one of the best as it covers the nature and connectivity both. If you are food lover then this is not the place as the taste might disappoint you. Service needs to be improved as compare to the price point.

The room was big and washroom was clean. Hot water was there. Hotel and its location is also great. Staff is good and helpful. Tv was working and in good condition. Overall good experience, will suggest for couple and family.

Food and service staff is ok. Amenities is only wifi you can use. Garden is good but they are unable to provide hot water in room. We used to bucket for bath and they provide dirty water. In that much amount i feel very sad about room booking here.

The hospitality is good. The staff were very polite and helpful. Its just that the facility and infrastructure needs a majos boost. Especially cupboards, toilets, and room asthetics.
