My recent stay at this hotel was highly unsatisfactory. The room was not cleaned properly, and the bedsheets had an unpleasant smell, reflecting poor overall cleanliness. The package included complimentary breakfast, but the options were extremely limited—only puttu kadala and channa bhatura—and the food served was cold. To make matters worse, when we ordered an omelette, it was served with a cockroach, which raises serious concerns about hygiene standards. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this hotel.

Room is big, spacious, staff was friendly, food was good, there are lot of picnic and sightseeing spots around. Oneday trips like ooty mysore could be dons from this hotel

Staff were very warm and welcoming. Food was fresh and tasty. The rooms were very neat and tidy. Overall a wonderful stay.

Stayed on a week day. The hotel was located on the main road near Vadunchal town in Wayanad. It was less occupied during my stay, so they offered a free upgrade to the Suit room with front road view. The room was very spacious with a seperate sitting area, dressing area with cupboards and locker, large bed room with king size bed and a big bathroom. The room, linen n washroom were very specious, clean n neat. It had a mini fridge, coffee maker and toiletries. Reception staff are very courteous and welcoming. Overall very good experience.

Property is good for stay but there is no swimming pool, we have booked this to have some fun with friends which we could not do since pool was not there and management doesn’t respond on queries properly

Very poor services, no value for money food is ok. Rooms is different comparing original. Swimming pool is away from hotels. Lond distance to cover by walking.

Not great. The place is not worth the money. 4-5k and in moderate reason, should have got a better deal and feel. Pool is not maintained at all but you may like the mini trek to reach it. Rooms felt and looked old. The shiny flooring in room, more irritating as they used sticky oily cleaner. Complimentary breakfast was average.

Excellent place to stay…Top notch service experience..If you want to have a peaceful and premium stay, Go for it.

We were very impressed to find such a comfortable stay at that price. Rooms are clean and spacious with good wifi connectivity. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Thank you very much.

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel, great hospitality though they don't have a running restaurant at the hotel.

We reached from bangalore at 1 pm with a kid, but there was no food in the hotel. There are no good restaurants in nearby area for a minimum of 10kms. We had to struggle to find a good food. Rooms were dirty when we reached. Switches and plug points were not working in the room. Fridge was not working rude front desk person making faces and replying rudely to our questions. Here no breakfast till 9 and she said since there are less guests so no buffet, and nothing can be arranged. Only 1 item in ala carte that's stale dosa. Breakfast was pathetic. And dinner only till 8. 30. Worst hotel experience till now.

We stayed there in nest n mist from 22nd to 23rd october. Neat and clean rooms and bathroom. View from the balcony is also mind blowing. Food was good and tasty. Ambience and the way to the swimming pool is also nice. They have arranged the rooftop for gathering of our team members. The only difficulty faced was check in was little late due to late check out of the previous guests. Overall experience is good.

12pm check in was delayed till 2. 15pm. Bedsheets given were not dried properly and giving a bad odour. Breakfast is not buffet, only 2 items - dosa & bread omlet with juice/tea/coffee.

Very good staff, the hotel is located in decent place and good view from rooms, the rooms are very clean and neat, nest n mist is good selection for enjoyment and relaxation.

It was good experience to stay here. But food test is not good. Staff is very helpful. I stayed here for two days.

Maintenance is good best in cleanliness and hygiene value for money reachable staff handling is good

Stay was standard and staffs were good. They upgraded our room for free. But as s bar hotel they should increase dinner timings at least 12
